IUI cycle #6 paired with Gonal-F, Menopur, progesterone in oil, lovenox, dexamethasone and hcg trigger.
Quite possibly the last cycle with medications. Stubborn follicles resulting in 1-possibly 2 viable follicles and a barely passable 6.7mm lining the day before trigger. IUI set for 6/28/11.

Avoiding each and every day as the previous cycle, it was textbook with numerous perfect follicles and great lining. 97 million sperm-97 million-could not find one of those targets. I blame the targets as much as the sperm. I don't discriminate. BFN on 6/11/11.

Same as all previous cycles with a positive beta on 7/8/10 that resulted in what they keep referring to as a "biochemical pregnancy".

CD4: Baseline U/S, good lining, several follicles in right ovary, large cyst on left ovary
- 2 weeks of birth control to attempt to shrink cyst. Cycle on hold.
CD18: Follow Up Baseline U/S
- 150u Follistim and 5mg Lupron CD18 & CD19, 75u Follistim and 5 mg Lupron CD20 & CD21
CD22: U/S shows normal lining, 11 follicles
- 75u Follistim and 5mg Lupron CD22 - CD24
CD25: U/S shows slightly thin lining, 11 follicles
- 100u Follistim and 5mg Lupron CD25 - CD28
CD29: U/S shows normal lining, 11 follicles (1 leading, 3 close behind)

Laparoscopy/Hysteroscopy revealed what the doctor called "old" endometriosis. He said all looks great and the little bit of endo there, he left alone.

As a last resort, Jeff sees another doctor about his pain and low morph. Blood panel results showed low testosterone. Doctor speculates this may be part of the problem and is willing to help fix the problems. Testim attempted, but discontinued one week later as RE states synthetic testosterone can actually lower sperm count.

CD10: U/S shows normal lining, 5 follicles
- Ovidrel Injection at 9pm tonightCD11: IUI at 8:30am... no more injections!

RE appt: Scheduled to start IUI #1 with FSH injections 10/10/09. Should it not work first cycle, laparoscopy/hysteroscopy will be done November 24th.

Urologist appt inconclusive. No surgery will be done at this time - first do no harm as urologist stated. Follow up appt in 30 days to see if antibiotics for possible prostatitis work at all for pain. Urologist advised us to seek IUI as there is little he can do to improve situation.

Sonogram on Jeff revealed varicoceles and hydroceles may be affecting fertility long-term. Will consult with a urologist.

RE appointment: Drew blood and had ultrasound done-all looks good so far. Will schedule HSG on CD1.

Morphology: 7% (normal >30%)

Diagnosed with minimally low progesterone of 13.25. Will take clomid pending results of SA.

Blood panel results for Jeff showed a high a1c level due to his unchecked diabetes. Doctor speculates this may be the problem. Prescribed Metformin for Jeff.

Doctor recommended SA for Jeff and basic blood panel. CD 21 testing will be on 1/14 for myself. SA TBD.
